Coconut oil is a great multi-use skin care product, plus it smells incredible! In this video I go over some of the uses I found for it. 1.) I use to hate taking oil also. My grandmother use to make us take castor oil. YUK!! The coconut oil is really different in taste. It smell and taste like coconut. Not only that. When taking coconut oil, it is not stored as fat as the other oils so YES…taking a teaspoon or 2 a day has helped me loose weight.
I love coconuts so I just put a teaspoon of it in my mouth and let it melt, it feels cool on your tongue as it melts and is delicious.
it should ALWAYS smell like fresh coconut, if it doesnt then dont buy it… also only buy organic, as there is less chance of anything toxic. The main rule is “if your not willing to eat it, then it shouldnt be put on your skin”. remember anything put onto your skin gets directly into your blood stream; the same as food does

my house is hot in hot weather and i am soaked and dripping wet in sweat now i am suffering from eczema . does coconut oil clear up eczema in a few days .

@Dutchess830 I think that is a wonderful idea as I too have used it in my tea and it was decent that way, but I think cocoa is way better =)
Thanks for the video…I used that same name brand coconut oil as you have in the video. I have used it for my hair, and I completely understand not swallowing it as an oil (I do this twice a day for weight loss and I chase it down with juice) and I have also used it in its hardened form in shakes which actually works best when you cannot stomach swallowing oil.
Its also a great lube!!
